Depends on the job. A consumer unit upgrade is usually done in a day (6-8 hours). A full rewire takes several days depending on the size of the property. We'll give you a timeline when you book.
We handle that. We're NAPIT registered, so we can self-certify under Part P and notify Building Control directly. You don't need to arrange anything.
We use dust sheets and clean up after ourselves. Some jobs need chasing into walls or drilling, so there can be some dust, but we keep it to a minimum.
Yes. The approach depends on the job and the existing wiring, but we work in all rooms. We'll have a look and let you know the best way to do it.
